UAV Acoustic Apparatus For Insect Swarming Stimulus, Part One
Can we coax the warmth of a locust to attack our enemies? It seems we can do this by way of directional sound stimulation. Disrupting the enemy by directing mass locust swarms towards communication posts, radar installations, SAM sites, command and control stations, logistics sites, central infrastructure using unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with sound devices commonly used in agriculture to exchange pesticides.
Disrupting the enemy, with a little help from Mother Nature. Locust could be an excellent source for our military as a non-lethal disruptive weapon. A locust does not attack people or animals. There is no evidence to suggest that locusts carry diseases that could be harmful to humans, but short-term agents may be placed in their food before release to cause temporary illness, 3-day colds, vomiting, nausea and dizziness. A mass density swarm moves fast and can blacken the sky and strike fear into almost anyone.
As a non-lethal weapon these locusts not only cause chaos and destruction temporarily, but this disruption will last for quite some time. Such insects as grasshoppers, grasshoppers and cockroaches are considered common insect allergens. A locust emits pheromones or hormones, which are produced during mating, the locust mates all the time. The desert locust scales that fall from the wings during flight increase the amounts of dust in the air, which triggers such allergies and symptoms.
There are other chemicals and phenols released from the decomposition of vegetation that can pollute the local air, all of which can act as allergens for humans. Those with allergic reactions, especially in people who are already sensitive to asthma, will get much worse. Exposure is generally considered an unintended nuisance that comes with locusts. There is a lot of documentation on these issues and insect breeding facilities and research laboratories where there are strict rules for wearing face masks even when working with only a few samples. Asthma can appear one to two years after the initial exposure, but the dust particles in the air will cause itchy eyes, sore throat and breathing immediately.
We can control locust swarms, the premise is to use acoustic devices to force unattractive sounds along the locust path by using a small array of drones flying a few hundred meters across that will send sound waves in vertical columns to the ground from 200-300 feet AGL Approx. In the rear there will be two or three additional drones, which will pick up the rear, and force the Locust to continue moving towards the enemy and the intended disruption point. The drones will need to use electricity to avoid interfering with our precise frequency manipulation from the power plant, as motors are reciprocating.
Since the locust surrounds the location of the disturbance and cannot leave due to sound waves, they will continue to eat anything they can find, including rubber, wiring, insulation, wood, and anything else they can get into doors, vents, cracks, tents, vehicles, you name it. No one can leave the facility, the tent, the vehicles, thus becoming trapped in hysterical personal conflicts and fears. Remember the movie Birds?
Locust as the preferred insect offers a lot of potential in the way of disruption, as we have seen locust swarms create havoc and leave destruction in their wake. Locust swarms have also become myths and the religious doctrines of so many cultures and civilizations. For example in revelations demons can take the form of a locust? In Islam the locust may appear as a punishment for lust from a guilt-ridden follower? Almost all religious doctrines of our time mention locust swarms. This adds more uncertainty and disruption to an enemy immersed in emphasizing religious belief. Because of the severe destruction to plants, agriculture has lurking meanings not only in religious works but also in stories in the cultures of Mexico, South America, American Indians, Native Australian Indians and throughout the distant Easter cultures. Beyond folklore, however, there is a real fear of locust swarms.
Most weather satellites and GeoSats cannot see locust migration and locust swarms, but as a military operation the most advanced and sophisticated Boeing, Hughes and Lockheed satellites will be able to see the operation unfold. There are many PestControl devices on the market that will help us control these locusts. Most of them don’t work all the time, but the idea is correct, both in practice and in principle. It works with appropriate frequency on certain species of insects.
The type of sound and the insect will of course be adjusted in our proof of concept and modified to include which instruments and frequencies can be used. Due to the weight and payload capacity of the drones, we will use a high fat wing, which is not edible and is not desirable for the selected insect. Due to the speed of the insects’ flight and allows them their physiological need to stop and eat on the way. The attack routes will have to take into account GIS data and recent aerial digital satellite photography To make sure the path of destruction allows for enough food along the way, but not to slow down the planned encounter with the timing of panic and intended enemy disruption.
There are many pest control devices that can be over 33% effective today in the private sector of 5000 square feet. These units are relatively inexpensive and the most common consumer units, providing up to 2500 square feet of pest control, are very light in weight and we can ditch the Chinese made molded plastic and save even more weight. We intend to use these off-the-shelf devices along with off-the-shelf model airplanes to guide our proof-of-concept insects. We will have two storage containers, which will be 6.2 miles apart. The first will have a locust inside and the second will have food that the locust likes to eat, to trap the insects for later testing. We place food along the way, some to the edges to prove that we can make the insects ignore the food supply and press the intended path of positive sound and not want to cross the negative sound waves, which they don’t like.
We will use the desert locust, Acridoidea, which is one of 14 different species of short-horned grasshoppers. They are known to change behavior and form swarms. This is desirable as we take them out of the box. These swarms can become extremely mobile traveling at fast speeds for insects and traveling many miles. Desert Locust can be tested in the Mojave or Nevada deserts for our test run. When these locusts are return periods, they are usually able to survive in arid or semi-arid deserts. They can be found in Africa, the Middle East, Asian countries and Southwest Asia.
These insects are amazing and can live in areas with less than 3 inches of annual rainfall. Scientists know that during plagues these insects can spread over many millions of square kilometers, by cultivating and forcing these insects into small areas and controlling them with sound waves and directing them towards our enemy, we can move them at high speeds. The disruption these insects can cause is well documented. Locust strikes or massive swarms do not seem to be predictable in any way, although scientists may also discover this secret in the future when we control other weather cycles on Earth?
